DAY 31 Keene,NH to Amesbury,MA 121 MILES 7400FT CLIMBING

We made it!!! What a trip it has been the things i saw and the people i have met that will stay with me fore the rest of my life. I want to thank all the ABB staff mike,karen,jim,judy,and jay with out you guys none of this would have been possible your awsome.I must admitt i feel a little displaced not rideing 100pluse miles a day with all my new brothers ,i didnt think i would miss all you guys so much but i do dearly i can only hope we get the chance to ride again.You are all like family to me and i will think of you all often with great memories.This trip has tought me that what ever i put my mind to i can accomplish.I will never look at a white or silver van the same as for right know when i see one i get a little sad and miss everything that used to come with the sag wagons.I want to thank LUNG CANCER REASERCH FOUNDATION for all there help and support and to all my freinds and family for your support THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!Michelle my wife your the greatist and its so good to be home with you baby thanx for everything and for making this trip possible for me :).Well time to go out on the bike for a little ride and think of the greatist ride THE RIDE ACROSS AMERICA.Thank you all for reading my blog see you out on the road RIDE SAFE ,GOD BLESS YOU ALL MANNY:)

DAY 30 Amersterdam,NY to Keene,NH 126 MILES 7500FT CLIMBING

Hi everyone what a day three states NY VT NH and some of the best rideing on the hole trip.The weather was great all day ,we did some awsome climbing in Vermont one climb was 5 miles at 8 to 10 percent grade then in NH we had the hogs back a 3 mile climb that was great .We stopped in brattleboro at a bike shop and for our daily shake.It was a long day at 126 miles and so much climbing we all know after today theres just one day left until we hit the beach in amesbury.We are all very excited today at our end of day rap mike the ride leader told me that myself and shelly the only woman on the ride,shes from Idiho have been chosen to pour the water from the pacific ocean into the atlantic ocean its a grat honor i feel very proud to do this.My last update on my blog will be a couple of days so i can reflect o this great journey i have taken.Once again thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all your support to myself and LUNG CANCER REASERCH FOUNDATION.This truly has been a life changing event for myself THANK YOU ALL MANNY:)

DAY 29 Liverpool,NY to Amsterdam,NY 121 MILES 3850FT CLIMBING

Hi everyone we woke up to find that chris from cali who was hit the day before would not be going on due to a cracked verdibre.In honor of chris i wore my Helens of LA kit we all rode today thinking of him and relizing it could have been one of us.On a better note the riding today was some of the bes we have done lots of rolling hills and great country roads.Well 2 more days only 245 miles to go must stay on guard and get to amesbury in one peice.Ill talk to you guys from Keene,NH tommorow till then have a great night thanx again MANNY:)
