DAY 13 Dodge city,KS to Great Bend,KS 85 MILES 200 FT CLIMBING

Hi everyone we left Dodge CITY at 7am on a very nice clear sunny morning.The winds were not to bad that would change.Early into the ride we got together in a 10 man pace line 100strock pulls about 45 seconds in the wind then you got to rest for 5 min sitting in.We were able to average 18 with a good headwind 15-20 mph.Lots of wide open fields and very flat good day to be on a bike with a great group of guys we had a blast all day.Tommorow its of to Abilene,KS a 129 mile day hopefully the wind will be at our backs.talk to you tommorow.
